Kim Collins Art + Design
Kim is a multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer residing in Niagara. Captivated by our natural world, her colourful 2 and 3 dimension pieces express joy and humour. Known for her inventive use of recycled contents, Kim paints, collages and stitches together mixed materials to best emphasize the aesthetic qualities.
For over a decade, Kim's design career has been in the sports industry, creating bicycle graphics and supporting marketing collateral. Check out the bike department at Canadian Tire to see her latest work.
Kim has a B. Des from York University/Sheridan College and a B. Ed (Visual Art) from
Nipissing University. She has exhibited her work in Thornbury, Collingwood, Haliburton,
Waterloo, St. Catharines, Burlington, Mississauga and Toronto.

Art + Illustration
Acrylic and mixed media paintings, sculptures, drawings and collages. Commissions and individual pieces for sale. Digital/vector illustration, line art and full colour. Original artwork for colouring and activity books. Experimenting with a variety of styles and techniques. I am continuously working on a body of work to be exhibited or purchased. Large format murals and public display. Most of my pieces focus on re-using and recycling materials such as re-purposing canvases and using old latex house paint/mistints.
Graphic Design
Identity creation, marketing collateral (business cards, ads, flyers, posters catalogues, banners etc.) for print and digital. Packaging of all types such cartons, boxes, clamshells, lithography & flexography. Instructions and labels. Licensed sporting and toy/entertainment brands. Retail signage/display, PDQs and end caps. Large format graphics, trade and event graphics. Animated gifs/mp4s. Photo editing & retouching.
Product Graphics
Bicycle graphics for all types and sizes from Kids' to adult. Product graphics for wheeled goods: skateboards, inline/ice skates, scooters and battery powered ride-ons. Graphics for protective gear (pad sets, helmets) and accessories. Snowboard & ski top sheet graphics. Licensed toy and sporting goods brands. Production ready artwork and communication with overseas vendors.
